What data do we process and why?

When you send us an enquiry, we process the name, email address, message and any information you choose to include. We use this information to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, take steps you request before entering into a contract. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; for general correspondence and protection of our legal interests, it is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Providing these details is voluntary, but without contact information we may be unable to reply.

If you use account, cart or checkout functions where available, we may process account details, cart contents, delivery and order information to provide those functions and fulfil a purchase (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). We process records required for tax and accounting under Article 6(1)(c) GDPR. We do not currently run Google Analytics, Google Ads or Meta Pixel on this website.

Our hosting and security services may process IP addresses, browser information, request timestamps and technical logs to deliver the site, prevent abuse and diagnose errors. We rely on our legitimate interest in operating and securing the website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare Turnstile checks contact form submissions to reduce automated spam. The contact form information may be delivered to our team by email.

Who receives the data?

We use Hostinger for hosting and email-related infrastructure and Cloudflare for traffic protection and Turnstile. Our website maintenance provider, Obrazotwórcy, receives contact form notifications and may access website data when providing technical support. WordPress, Elementor and WooCommerce provide website functions through software running on our hosting. Service providers may process data on our instructions and only as needed to provide their services or comply with law. We may also disclose information where legally required. We do not sell personal data.

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, we use the safeguards required by applicable data protection law, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses, as applicable.

Cookies and similar technologies

Necessary cookies and local browser storage help the website work, secure forms, support account/cart functions where used and remember your privacy choice. These do not require optional consent. Examples may include WordPress login cookies for signed-in users, WooCommerce cart/session cookies if you use the shop, Cloudflare security cookies and the universal_consent cookie that remembers your choice for up to 180 days. The exact cookies depend on the features you use and security checks performed.

At the date shown below, this site does not set Google Analytics or advertising cookies. Google Consent Mode v2 signals for analytics and advertising default to “denied”; no Google or Meta analytics/advertising tag is currently installed by our consent plugin. If optional tools are introduced, we will update this policy and ask for your choice before using them. You can revisit the notice through the “Cookie settings” button on the website. You can also remove cookies in your browser settings; deleting necessary cookies may affect site functions.

How long do we keep data?

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to answer them and then only where needed to document our correspondence or defend legal claims. Account and order information, if generated, is kept for the duration of the relationship and any applicable statutory accounting, tax or claims periods. Technical logs are retained according to the security and operational retention settings of the relevant provider, and only for as long as reasonably necessary for these purposes. Consent choices expire after no more than 180 days unless you delete them earlier.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may request access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing or portability. You may object to processing based on our legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. To make a request, email [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
